Over ten years ago, I created this page as a resource to provide you with job opportunities in the community, workplace readiness resources, and occasional inspirational posts.
If you haven’t visited my former office (G200F) or already heard, at the end of June 2017, I officially retired from the Atlantic City Board of Education. The 15 years were the most rewarding and pleasurable years of my career. You learned from me, but I also learned from you. Thank you!
If the walls in G200F could talk, they would speak of tears, laughter, tough (mommy) love, struggles, and more but through it all, I have always given every one of you my heart and soul. I treated each of you as if you were my child.
I hope my words of wisdom and real-life stories remain with you and help you to become the best version of yourself that you can be.
Believe in yourself because I believe in you.
Challenge yourself; I promise, you will grow.
No matter how bad you think you did yesterday, you CAN do better today and tomorrow; trust me, YOU CAN. Everyone makes mistakes. Learn from yours.
As of September 30, 2017, this page will shut down; however, I am working on creating a new blog. If you would like to receive information from the new site, complete the form below.
I intend to continue to fill in missing gaps by providing you with a forum to confidentially ask questions, promote thought-provoking conversation, and also leave you with encouraging and inspiring words. You taught me that the life of a teenager is tricky and I want to help you navigate your path to your future. Along the way, I also hope to make you laugh, smile and to discover new things about yourself.
